Matt Parsons

Matt Parsons is a People Leader at Apple, currently supporting creative teams globally. Previously, they served as a Senior HR Manager at Marriott International, overseeing workplace environments across multiple properties in the western U.S. and Canada. Matt also held positions as a Regional HR Manager at Home Depot, a Staffing and Training Manager at Intel, and began their career as a teacher. They earned an MBA and an M.Ed. from Arizona State University, along with certifications in human resources. With extensive international travel experience, Matt is passionate about developing others and enhancing workplace environments.
