Max Baer is a SoC Embedded Software Engineer at Apple since June 2022, bringing a diverse experience in software and engineering through various internships and roles. Prior to Apple, Max held positions as a Material Condition Intern at ComEd, where solutions were developed for transmission inspections and capacitor bank management, and as a Firmware Verification Engineering Intern at Western Digital, focusing on eSSD firmware testing and project management. Additional experience includes a Software Developer Internship at UnitedHealth Group, which involved creating a Healthcare Wizard and developing .NET Web APIs. Max also participated in the TechPoint Xtern Program, selected from over 3,000 applicants for networking opportunities in technology. Max holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Purdue University, completed in 2022, and a high school diploma from Downers Grove South High School, earned in 2018.
