Meri Alvarez Marti

Meri Alvarez Marti is a seasoned People Manager at Apple, where since May 2017, leadership and talent development have been key focuses, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous professional growth. Meri also serves as the Lead for Women@Apple in Spain and Portugal, managing programs that enhance business impact and volunteer opportunities while spearheading diversity recruiting initiatives to attract underrepresented talent. Prior to joining Apple, Meri held various management and sales positions at Clubs DiR, having started a career in sales at DiR Corporate and a press specialist role at Real Club Deportivo Espanyol. Educational background includes a degree in Logopedia/Speech Therapy from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and ongoing studies in Special Needs Education at Universitat de Barcelona.
