Monika Gromek

Monika Gromek has over 18 years of experience in design leadership and management, primarily at Apple Inc., where positions included UI/Graphic Designer, UI/UX Designer, Design Manager, and Senior Design Manager, culminating in a role in Design Leadership from October 2008 to the present. Prior experience includes work as a Visual Merchandising Designer at Banana Republic and UI/Graphic Designer roles at Studio Moon and Om Records. Monika Gromek holds two Master of Business Administration degrees from Columbia Business School and London Business School, both earned between 2012 and 2014, following a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Academy of Art University from 1998 to 2003.
