Neha Laumas

Neha Laumas is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in managing software engineering teams and projects. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager for Ad Platforms at Apple since September 2021, Neha oversees the Ad Exchange for search and display ads within the App Store. Previously, at IPSY as a Senior Engineering Manager, and at Facebook as a Software Engineer, Neha played a pivotal role in backend development and collaborated closely with cross-functional teams. Additional experience includes Technical Program Manager roles focused on abuse prevention features and GDPR compliance at Facebook's Oculus division. Neha's earlier career involved significant contributions as a Staff Engineer/Technical Lead at Qualcomm, driving software development projects, and as a Senior Software Engineer at Aricent, developing software for the Nokia Networks 3G Radio Network Controller. Neha holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and completed an undergraduate education at UC San Diego.
