Omid Saremi

Omid Saremi, PhD, is a seasoned professional in the field of machine learning and data science, currently serving as a Machine Learning Research Scientist at Apple. Prior experience includes roles such as Lead Data Scientist and Data Scientist at Verizon Labs, as well as Data Scientist at DecisionNext Inc. Additionally, Omid has held research positions as a Research Associate at The University of British Columbia and a Postdoctoral Research Assistant at UC Berkeley. Omid Saremi earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Theoretical High Energy Physics with a specialization in String Theory from the University of Toronto, and pursued further education at UC Berkeley in 2016.
