Ping-Yen Chou

Ping-Yen Chou is a Display Hardware Engineer at Apple, where they have held multiple roles, including Senior Display Hardware Engineer and Core Display Incubation Engineer. Prior to their current position, Chou completed a Doctorate in Optical Engineering at National Chiao Tung University, following a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in the same field. They also gained experience as a Research and Development Specialist at AUO and Coretronic Corporation, and as a Hardware Engineer at Sony. Chou has contributed to the field as a visiting researcher at several institutions, including the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
