Pradyumna Suresha

Pradyumna Suresha is a Machine Learning Engineer at Apple since October 2022, focusing on algorithms for products such as the  Pencil Pro, iPhone Camera Control, and Trackpads. Previously, Pradyumna served as a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Biomedical Informatics at Emory University for a brief period in 2022 and was a Graduate Research Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology from August 2016 to July 2022, where a PhD in Bioinformatics was completed. The doctoral thesis centered on combining wearables and nearables for patient state analysis, while additional research included supervised learning in skewed datasets. Pradyumna also gained experience as a Machine Learning Research Intern at IQVIA and as a Research Intern at the Indian Institute of Science, achieving recognition as a Signal Processing Cup 2016 Finalist. Pradyumna holds both a PhD in Machine Learning and a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
