Renu Chachada

Renu Chachada is a Technology Development Process Engineering professional specializing in thin films deposition and curing. With extensive experience in technology development, production ramp-up, and yield improvement, Renu has consistently delivered top performance in safety, quality, and cost. Renu served as Module Transfer Lead for 14nm technology at Intel, where they trained peer process engineers and utilized systematic problem-solving methods. Previously, Renu held roles at companies such as Lumileds, Apple, and Infineon Technologies, focusing on product quality, reliability, and process engineering. Renu holds a Master’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
