Rodshetta Smith, MAFP, is a seasoned professional in forensic psychology and risk management, currently serving as the Threat Management Lead at Apple. With a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology, Rodshetta has accumulated extensive law enforcement experience as a Special Investigator with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services and as a Crisis/Hostage Negotiator with the Mountain View Police Department. Rodshetta has also worked as a Police Officer with the Oakland and Mountain View Police Departments, where they excelled in team management, crisis negotiation, and integrating community safety initiatives.
