Sally Shen

Sally Shen has diverse experience in operations and supply chain management. Early career roles included a Course Teaching Assistant at Penn State University and a Warehouse Management position at Zhejiang Jiegao Textile Co., where Sally contributed to inventory analysis. At Boeing, participation in the Business Career Foundation Program involved multiple rotations focusing on leadership and project involvement, including analysis to reduce warehouse footprint and conducting assessments for major commercial seat suppliers. Currently serving as a Senior NPI Operations Program Manager at Apple since May 2021, Sally has also held a Supply Chain Analyst position at Verizon and an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant role at Penn State Smeal College of Business. Sally holds a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain and Information Systems from Penn State University, is pursuing an MBA at Duke University, and has studied Architectures and Systems Engineering at MIT.
