Samuel Ingvalson

Samuel Ingvalson is a skilled firmware engineer with extensive experience in embedded software development and systems engineering. Currently employed at Apple since September 2025, Samuel previously held positions at Tactacam, where roles included Senior Embedded Software Engineer, and Graco as an Embedded Software Engineer. Samuel's background includes designing real-time software applications for ARM-based SoCs, creating bootloaders, and developing embedded software features for cellular IoT devices at Sierra Wireless. In addition, Samuel has expertise in developing automation tools and custom applications in Linux environments from work at Open Systems International. Samuel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, obtained in 2014.
