Pavel Kalina

Pavel Kalina possesses extensive experience in engineering and management roles across various sectors, with a notable focus on testing, integration, and firmware development. Currently serving as Team Manager and PAT Test Engineer at Resideo since September 2020, Pavel specializes in embedded firmware for home automation devices and team development within Agile frameworks. Previously, as Integration Testing Manager at TietoEVRY, responsibilities included managing API level integration testing and stakeholder negotiations. At Honeywell, Pavel held multiple leadership roles over 14 years, emphasizing team growth, test automation, and project management, along with leading engineering teams and mentoring upcoming leaders. Early career roles included Head of the Department of Medical Instrumentation at Breclav Hospital and IT Administrator at Breclav Remand Prison.
