Shannon Gallagher

Shannon Gallagher, MS ODL, has over 15 years of diverse experience in management and leadership roles. As Office Manager at The Solar Store from January 2001 to January 2004, Shannon oversaw administrative functions, enhancing processes and doubling staffing capacity. At Origins, Shannon served as Store Manager from January 1999 to January 2001 and at Estee Lauder from October 2004 to October 2005, focusing on event organization to drive sales and team development. Currently, as Senior Manager of Learning and Development at Apple since October 2005, Shannon leads a global team to implement and sustain learning initiatives, collaborating with HR and business leaders to shape worldwide development strategies. Shannon holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific and a Master’s Degree in Organization Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph's University.
