Vaishali Anand

Vaishali Anand is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development with extensive experience in managing compliance training and employee engagement activities. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Elevate since September 2018, Vaishali has overseen global compliance training, delivered various classroom trainings, and contributed to the ICC Committee for Prevention of Sexual Harassment. Vaishali's prior roles include Senior HR Associate at Willis Towers Watson, where responsibilities spanned performance management and global mobility transfers, and HR Associate, focusing on workforce administration. Vaishali began the career at Mother's Pride in HR and operations and has pursued internships in human resources and marketing research. Vaishali holds an MBA in HR and Marketing from BVIMR and a BBA in HR from Bharati Vidyapeeth University.
