Soonkyun Shin

Soonkyun Shin is an accomplished Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Manager at Apple since September 2022, with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Previous roles include Senior Principal Design Engineer at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation and Principal Member of Technical Staff at Maxim Integrated, where Soonkyun designed ultra-high performance, low power ADCs and led projects for high-performance ADCs. Additional experience includes positions as a Senior Engineer at Cambridge Analog Technologies, Engineer at Samsung Electronics, Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Washington, and Visiting Scientist at MIT, contributing to advancements in ADC design and mixed signal core IP development. Soonkyun holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington.
