Stephanie Hertz

Stephanie Hertz is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in organizational development, human resources, and educational program management. At NASA, Stephanie served in various roles, including Organizational Development Specialist and Human Resources Business Partner, where responsibilities encompassed empowering leadership, enhancing HR functions, and managing large-scale projects focused on cultural modernization and hybrid work environments. Prior to NASA, Stephanie contributed to the Peace Corps as a Technical Educator, leading initiatives in health education and program evaluation in Guatemala. Additionally, experience includes roles at Camp Merrie-Woode as Equestrian Director and Barn Manager, and at ASCO Power Technologies as an Executive Administrator. Stephanie holds a Global Executive MBA from Duke University and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Currently, Stephanie is a People Business Partner and Project Manager at Apple.
