Sumire Takamatsu

Sumire Takamatsu is an experienced production professional in the visual effects and motion graphics industry, currently serving as a Motion Production Producer at Apple since July 2025. Previously, Sumire held positions as a VFX Producer at Barnstorm VFX and as a Production Manager at Crafty Apes VFX. Past experience also includes roles as an Associate Production Manager at Industrial Light & Magic and Blue Sky Studios, where contributions were made to prominent projects such as "Nimona," "Scrat Tales," and "Spies in Disguise." Earlier career stages involved production coordination and assistance at various companies, including NYLAHD, Deep Focus, and Shine Global Inc, where skills in live action coordination and post-production were honed. Sumire holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cornell University.
