Tristan Coolman

Tristan Coolman has extensive experience in leadership and community engagement within various organizations. Since September 2015, Tristan has worked at Apple as a Lead Genius and a Pride@Apple Canada Ambassador, facilitating LGBTQ2 events and fostering allyship among employees. Additional roles at Apple include Lead In-Store Experience and People Operations Planner, where Tristan has focused on customer relations and team development. Concurrently, Tristan serves as President of Pflag York Region, contributing to LGBTQ2+ support and education, and has been a Guest Writer for IN Magazine. Past positions include leadership roles at Canada’s Wonderland, where Tristan managed training and development, and at Empire Theatres, focusing on team management and guest satisfaction. Tristan holds an education from York University.
