Whitney Prasad

Whitney Prasad, P.E. is a Product Design Engineer at Apple, having transitioned from various roles at Tesla, where they served as a Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer and held multiple positions in mechanical design engineering. They completed a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with Cum Laude Distinction from Cornell University in 2019. Prior to their career at Tesla, Whitney gained experience as a Robotics Intern at SRI International and as a Research Assistant at Stanford University. Additionally, they contributed to the Cornell Autonomous Sailboat Team, which achieved a notable seventh place at the International Robotics Sailing Competition in 2017.
