Zhaoying Tang

Zhaoying Tang has a solid background in computer vision and data science, currently serving as a Manager of Computer Vision at Apple for the Vision Pro project, following a role as a Senior Computer Vision Algorithm Engineer. Prior experience includes a position as a Data Scientist at Facebook and a Model Validation Quantitative Finance Analyst at Bank of America. Academic endeavors took place at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where Zhaoying served as a Graduate Research Assistant, Graduate Student, and a Graduate Teaching Assistant in Data Science, coupled with an internship as a Data Scientist at Anheuser-Busch InBev. Zhaoying holds Master's degrees in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and in Statistics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
