Since January 2006, Anna has been with AppleCare Medical Management, where responsibilities include overseeing claims operations and ensuring efficient processing. Prior to this role, Anna served as a Claims Manager at SyerMed from 2001 to December 2005, further developing expertise in claims management and healthcare operations.
