Goodwyn Villegas has extensive experience in the field of network administration and support analysis, currently serving as the Lead Support Analyst at Optum PacWest since October 2012, while also maintaining a role as Network Administrator at AppleCare Medical Management. Prior to these positions, Goodwyn worked at TBS Courier Service as a Network Administrator from September 2000 to October 2012. Goodwyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Adamson University and has recently completed the Employee Leadership Program through United Health Group in September 2023.
