Elaine Divelbliss

Elaine Divelbliss (Libenson) serves as the General Counsel at Applecart since September 2023 and has been an Advisor at Kargo since September 2022. A Charter Member of TechGC since April 2018, Elaine is part of a peer community for General Counsels. Previously, Elaine held the role of Chief People Officer and General Counsel at Vida Health from June 2022 to August 2023, guiding legal and people operations for a Series D digital health company. During tenure as Chief Legal Officer and Head of People at Kargo from September 2018 to June 2022, Elaine developed legal strategies to facilitate growth. Prior experience includes roles as General Counsel at Virgin Mobile USA and Sprint, and as Associate Counsel at Virgin Mobile USA, along with a decade as an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Elaine holds a BA in Communication and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania.
