Sergey Golosinskiy

Sergey Golosinskiy has a strong background in finance and has held various roles throughout their career. Sergey currently serves as the VP of Finance at Applecart, a position they have held since December 2021. Prior to this role, Sergey worked as the Director of Finance at Order from August 2020 to December 2021, and as the Controller from September 2020 to August 2021. Before joining Order, they served as the Head of Finance at FlixBus, a global mobility platform, from April 2019 to September 2020. Sergey also has experience as the Founder of Oaks & Co Foods from November 2017 to June 2019. Sergey started their career at Societe Generale as an Investment Banking Senior Associate from April 2013 to August 2018. Prior to that, they gained experience at PwC as an Advisory Associate in Transaction Services from August 2011 to April 2013, and as an Advisory Associate in Forensic Services from August 2010 to July 2011.

Sergey Golosinskiy completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business in 2010. Prior to that, they attended Springbrook High School from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued the International Baccalaureate Diploma. Sergey also holds certifications such as CFA Level 1 - Passed, Certified Public Accountant, Investment Banking Representative - Series 79 from FINRA, and Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination - Series 63 from FINRA.
