Farhanah Jamal

Farhanah Jamal has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Farhanah started their career as a Cashier at GIANT HYPERMARKET in 2014 and later worked as a Cashier at 99 Speed Mart Sdn Bhd in 2018. In 2020, they joined DeliWest Sdn. Bhd as a Quality Assurance Quality Control employee, where they conducted monthly training and evaluations and assisted with internal audits.

Farhanah then moved on to work as a Laboratory Assistant at Universiti Putra Malaysia in 2020, where they conducted testing and maintained records of chemical purchasing. In the same year, they joined G.K Ingredients (M) Sdn. Bhd as a Quality Control employee, responsible for sample collection and inspection of incoming and outgoing materials.

In 2021, Farhanah worked as a QA/QC Executive at English Hotbreads (Sel) Sdn Bhd, handling customer complaints and conducting product inspections. Farhanah also supported R&D trial runs and consolidated reports. In 2022, they joined Golden-Mah Bird's Nest Sdn Bhd as a QA Officer, where they assisted in exporting edible bird nests to China and oversaw daily production and quality checks.

Currently, Farhanah is employed as an E-commerce Admin Executive at Applecrumby™ since November 2022.

Farhanah Jamal completed their Bachelor's degree in Food Science from Universiti Putra Malaysia from 2016 to 2020. Before that, they pursued the Foundation of Agricultural Science at the same university from 2015 to 2016. Farhanah also attended SBPI Rawang in 2013 to 2014, although no specific degree or field of study information is provided for this period. Aside from their formal education, Farhanah obtained the certifications of GMP and HACCP Internal Auditor from SIRIM STS SDN BHD in June 2019, and the Halal Internal Audit certification from the Halal Industry Development Corporation (HDC) in the same month and year. Moreover, they received Food Handler Training from Universiti Putra Malaysia. Additionally, Farhanah completed the Google Digital Garage certification by Google.
