Kerry Fabrizio, CRC, CCS has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Kerry is currently working at Applegate as the Director of Research Development. Prior to this role, they held the position of Senior Research Development Scientist at the same company.
Before joining Applegate, Kerry served as the Product Development Manager at JBS from July 2018 to November 2020. Kerry briefly worked as the Director of Food Innovation at 915 Labs from March 2018 to July 2018.
From November 2014 to March 2018, Kerry worked as the Manager of Child Nutrition at Pilgrim's. Prior to that, they were an Application Scientist at Givaudan Flavors from December 2008 to November 2014.
Kerry also gained experience as a Product Development Manager at Pierre Foods from June 2006 to November 2008. Kerry worked as a Food Scientist at Wayne Farms from January 2005 to June 2006, and at Pacific Foods of Oregon from July 2004 to December 2004.
In addition, Kerry served as a Food Scientist at Griffith Laboratories from July 2002 to June 2004. Kerry began their career as a Kitchen Manager at Pasta & Co. from January 1995 to December 1996.
Kerry Fabrizio, CRC, CCS has a strong educational background in the field of food science. Kerry obtained their Master's degree in Food Science from Penn State University, where they studied from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, Kerry completed their Bachelor's degree in Food Science at Washington State University, attending from 1997 to 2000. In 1990 and 1991, they pursued a Culinary Arts Degree from the Western Culinary Institute.
In addition to their academic achievements, Kerry has obtained several certifications. Kerry became a Certified Culinary Scientist from the Research Chefs Association in November 2013. Kerry also holds the title of Certified Research Chef, which they obtained from the same institution in August 2013.
