Emily Hokanson

Emily Hokanson is a skilled Sr. Project Manager currently at Applegate, with extensive experience in process development and project management gained during their tenure at Mars. Prior to this, they served as the Site Industrial Engineering Manager and held several roles, including Director of Activity Management. Emily's earlier experience includes working as an Engineering Intern at Brady Corporation and a Lead Chocolatier at Amy's Candy Kitchen. They also contribute as the Secretary for the Van Vorst Neighborhood Association and were the Owner of The Thirsty Baker. Emily earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
