Ramin Motamedi, PhD, PE, PMP has a diverse work experience in project management and mechanical engineering. Ramin is currently working as a Sr. Project Manager at Verdagy since November 2022. Prior to this, they were the Co-Leader of the Machinery Function Team at PIP - Process Industry Practices from January 2020 to November 2022. From January 2019 to November 2022, they worked at UniversalPegasus International as a Project Manager and Senior Lead Mechanical Engineer.

Before joining UniversalPegasus International, Ramin worked at Wood as a Sr. Mechanical Engineer from February 2012 to January 2019. Ramin also has experience as a Project/Mechanical Engineer at Aurora Engineering Ltd. from January 2010 to January 2012.

In terms of academic achievements, Ramin worked as a Doctoral Researcher at Concordia University from September 2004 to December 2009. Ramin began their career as a Project Engineer at DPE Co. in March 2001 and worked there until August 2004. Overall, Ramin Motamedi has extensive experience in project management and mechanical engineering across various organizations.

Ramin Motamedi, PhD, PE, PMP, obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology, which they completed from 1996 to 2001. Ramin went on to pursue their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Isfahan University of Technology, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. Their educational journey culminated in him earning a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Mechanical Engineering from Concordia University, which they achieved between 2004 and 2009.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Ramin Motamedi has obtained multiple certifications relevant to their field. Ramin is a Professional Engineer (PE) recognized by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (PLA), The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA), the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance, and the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. Furthermore, they hold the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
