Carl Aquilina

Carl Aquilina has over 30 years of experience in site acquisition and project management, currently serving as Site Acquisition Manager at Applegreen Electric since June 2022, focusing on EV charging infrastructure. Prior roles include Site Acquisition Manager at SAI Communications and various positions at Centerline Communications LLC and Prince Lobel Telecommunications Services Group, where responsibilities encompassed lease negotiations and project coordination for telecommunications deployments. Carl also possesses extensive experience in the telecommunications industry from tenure at American Tower, where managed deployment activities for MetroPCS, and in military service with the Massachusetts Army National Guard, holding leadership positions. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Health & Human Services from the University at Buffalo, a Project Management Certificate from Northern Essex Community College, and additional military training as a Signal Officer.
