John Coleman

John Coleman is an experienced Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager with a career spanning over two decades. Currently, John serves as a Quantity Surveyor at Applegreen Electric, having taken on the lead Commercial Manager role for the Kentish Town Escalator replacement project with Transport for London, which John held from November 2015 to April 2024. Previously, John held positions as a Quantity Surveyor at Arcadis and as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor at Nolan Ryan Partnership. Academic qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from Edinburgh Napier University and a National Diploma in Construction Economics from Waterford Institute of Technology.
