Lisa Brown

Lisa Brown has diverse work experience in the retail industry. Lisa began their career at Costcutter Supermarkets Group Limited in 2001, where they served as a Store Manager for three years. Lisa then moved on to Sainsbury's, starting in 2004 as Deputy Manager and later taking on the role of Regional Simple Coach. In this position, Lisa was responsible for planning, delivering, coaching, and sustaining change projects across London and Northern Ireland. Lisa also provided effective communication to stores and regional teams. Lisa joined Applegreen in 2016 as a Regional Manager, overseeing operations until 2022. Lisa then served as a Senior Operations Manager and currently holds the position of Retail Operations Director, showcasing their progression and expertise in managing retail operations.

Lisa Brown obtained a Professional Diploma in Finance for Non Financial Managers from University College Dublin in 2021. Lisa also completed a course called "Strategy Green - building a sustainable future" at Taste 4 Success - Skills Connect in the same year. In 2020, Lisa obtained a certification in Retail Management Development Programme from Retail Excellence.
