Matthew Zappernick

Matthew Zappernick has a diverse background in the food and beverage industry, with extensive experience in management and operations. Currently serving as the Brand Director of Operations for Auntie Anne's and Sbarro at Applegreen since April 2019, Matthew also holds the position of Starbucks Brand Manager. Prior to this, Matthew was a Manager at Burntwood Tavern with Chef Art Pour Restaurant Group from July 2018 to March 2019. From 2012 to January 2018, Matthew was the Owner and Managing Partner at Portside Beer + Spirits as well as serving as Owner and General Manager. Matthew gained significant experience from 2002 to 2012 at CiCi's Pizza, where the roles included Director of Operations and District Manager, and earlier held the position of General Manager at Cooker Bar & Grill from 1997 to 2002.
