Nina Maystrovich has a diverse and extensive work experience in the financial industry. Nina is currently working as a Senior Underwriting Manager at ApplePie Capital, where they help entrepreneurs obtain financing for their franchise businesses. Prior to this, Nina founded Co-Created Risk, a company focused on transforming financial risk practices.
Nina also worked as the Director of Credit and Loan Operations at RSF Social Finance from 2013 to 2016. In this role, they managed the credit and loan operations of the organization.
Before joining RSF Social Finance, Nina held the position of Credit Administration Officer at Sterling Bank and Trust from 2009 to 2013, where they had responsibilities nationwide. Nina also served as a Credit Risk Administrator and Lead Underwriter at America California Bank from 2005 to 2009, and as a Mortgage Advisor at Guarantee Mortgage from 2004 to 2009.
Nina's career started at OBDC Small Business Finance in 2002, where they worked as a Program and Lending Manager, specializing in small business loans. Throughout their career, Nina has developed expertise in credit risk management and lending.
Nina Maystrovich completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting, Analysis, and Control from the Trade and Economic College of Belcoopsoyuz, Molodechno, in the period from 1990 to 1993. Nina then pursued their Master of Science (MS) degree in Accounting and Economics from the Trade and Economics University of Consumer Cooperatives, Belarus, from 1993 to 1996. In 2003, they attended the National Development Council for a Finance and Credit Training Program. Additionally, they have engaged in ongoing training, classes, seminars, and conferences in Credit Management through The Risk Management Association. Furthermore, they continue their education through completing various Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) and Small Private Online Courses (SPOCs) on platforms like edX and Coursera.
