Kathryn Horan

Kathryn Horan, CPA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and operations. As the Director of Finance and Administration at Appleton International Airport since January 2013, Kathryn directs day-to-day business operations and oversees financial responsibilities related to the airport. Prior to this role, Kathryn served as Controller for Outagamie County, Wisconsin, where oversight of the annual budget, year-end closing, and financial statement preparation were key responsibilities. Kathryn's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Audit Manager at Clifton Gunderson, LLP, managing external audit engagements for governmental and non-profit clients, and as Audit Manager at McGladrey & Pullen, LLP. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Dominican University, earned from 1993 to 1997.
