Shivelle Legister

Shivelle Legister is an experienced educator with a strong background in early childhood education. Currently serving as a Lead Teacher at AppleTree Early Learning Public Charter School since August 2014, Shivelle has previously held a similar role at Children's Corner from May 2013 to July 2014, where responsibilities included supervising children, developing age-appropriate activities, and maintaining effective communication with parents. Shivelle's early experience as a Teacher Assistant/Intern at Bennett Family Center involved ensuring a safe and nurturing preschool environment. Academically, Shivelle holds a Master of Education in Elementary from Liberty University and is pursuing an additional Master of Education in Early Childhood Education at Trinity University-Washington, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University.
