Kela Karaj Bolduc is an experienced educator and advocate with a strong background in social work. Currently serving as a Teacher at Applewild School since November 2022, Kela has previously held leadership roles at YWCA Central Massachusetts, including High Risk Team Leader and High Risk Domestic Violence Advocate from March 2019 to November 2022. Kela's earlier experience includes freelance work and serving as Associate Executive Director at ARSIS - Association for the Social Support of Youth from 2008 to 2014. Kela holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Universiteti i Tiranës, earned between 2004 and 2008.
