Madhukar Eshwarachar

Madhukar Eshwarachar has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Madhukar currently serves as the Associate Vice President at Applexus Technologies, a global technology leader specializing in business consulting and SAP services. Prior to this, Madhukar held various roles at Wipro, including Practice Director and Program Manager, where they worked with clients in the healthcare industry. Madhukar also worked at Siemens Technology India, where they contributed to different SAP projects through contract work. Madhukar's early career included a role as a Management Trainee and Project Lead at Kirloskar Electric Company Ltd., where they played a key role in developing a mini ERP system for automotive giants in India.

Madhukar Eshwarachar earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Industrial and Production Engineering from the University of Mysore, completing their studies from 1991 to 1995. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May 2021, Design Thinking for Innovation from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2021, and Digital Transformation from Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in 2020.
