Ravi Kumar Karri

Ravi Kumar Karri serves as the Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at Applexus Technologies since March 2022, bringing extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, startup advisory, and business development from previous roles at Finvista Advisors Private Ltd and Tech Mahindra. At Finvista Advisors, Ravi developed a Fund Raising Advisory service, successfully servicing over 40 clients in technology and consumer sectors, while also contributing to the startup ecosystem through organizing investor and startup events. Academic experience includes teaching M&A and financial analysis as a visiting faculty member, complemented by a robust consulting background at Wipro, Accenture, and Satyam Computer Services. Holding an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a Master of Technology from the Indian Institute of Science, Ravi combines technical expertise with strong leadership abilities in diverse industries.
