Sylvia Nilson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruiting and customer service across multiple industries. As Co-Owner of UDRIPPIN since January 2024 and Manager of Recruiting at IsoTalent since March 2017, Sylvia has played a pivotal role in providing cost-effective recruiting solutions for technology and hyper-growth companies, successfully placing numerous key executive positions. Previously, as Head of Partnerships and Customer Service Manager at IdealShape, LLC, Sylvia significantly contributed to the company’s growth, helping achieve $10M in sales within a year while developing the customer service team. Additionally, Sylvia worked as a Personal Trainer at Gold's Gym, training clients on gym equipment. Sylvia holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Utah Valley University.
