Sanju Burkule has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 1993, they founded Ultimate Software, India, where they developed transport software for Kesar Roadlines Pvt Ltd. From 1995 to 2001, they worked as a software engineer for various companies, including FES, BellSoft, Unisys, and Tanner Research, where they worked on projects related to brain cell research and point of sale systems. From 2001 to 2003, Burkule served as a team lead at Diskeeper, designing and developing defragmentation software. Sanju then joined BMC Software in 2003, where they held various positions such as Director of Bladelogic Server Automation, Sr. Manager of Product Line, and Product Development Manager. At BMC, they played a key role in leading the development of products and integrating event management with Remedy helpdesk. In 2013, Burkule became the Founder of Opex Software, which later transformed into REAN Cloud and was acquired by Hitachi Vantara. Sanju served as the Vice President of Business Development at Hitachi Vantara, focusing on cloud migration IT services and accelerating enterprise cloud adoption. In 2019, Burkule took on the position of Founder at 7Targets, an AI sales assistant company, and also served as the Chief Mentor at Applied AI Consulting. Overall, Burkule has a strong background in software development, cloud services, and sales automation.

Sanju Burkule began their education journey in 1973, spending their early years under the guidance of their mother. During this time, they learned important values such as respect for everyone, perseverance, and kindness towards others. In 1987, Burkule enrolled at Fergusson College and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, completing their studies in 1994. Sanju then joined Savitribai Phule Pune University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from 1994 to 1996. Continuing their educational pursuits, Burkule attended Symbiosis International University from 2005 to 2007, completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program known as EPGDBM. In 2009, they attended Dale Carnegie Training for a short period, specializing in High Impact Presentations. With a well-rounded educational background, Burkule has acquired knowledge in both computer science and business administration.
