Kelley Wren

Kelley Wren, SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional specializing in talent acquisition and change management. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Applied Composites since April 2022, Kelley previously held the position of Change Management Consultant at KWren Consulting LLC from January 2020 to April 2022. Before that, Kelley was the Senior Director of Human Resources at Meggitt from May 2016 to February 2020, overseeing HR operations for 1,500 employees across the US. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at David's Bridal, Talent Acquisition Manager at The Fresh Market, and Regional Human Resource Manager at The Home Depot. Kelley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Southern Mississippi.
