Richard Castillo (RJ)

Richard "RJ" Castillo is a seasoned quality assurance and quality control professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as the XTO Lead QA/QC Inspector for Applied Consultants, Richard oversees quality assurance efforts for XTO Energy in the Carlsbad, NM area. Prior roles include facility and pipeline quality inspections for major projects associated with Randstad USA, Michels Corporation, and other industry leaders, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. Richard holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas State University and has additional educational background in Pre-Nursing and Business Core Studies from Austin Community College.
