Todd Rice

Todd Rice is a seasoned financial executive currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer at Applied Data Finance since March 2025. With extensive experience in the financial services sector, Todd has been an Advisory Board member at Direct Marketing Group since January 2006 and previously founded and led New Credit America from January 2014 to January 2024, aiming to address the debt crises facing Americans through innovative financial solutions. Todd also held the position of Chief Lending Officer at H&R Block from January 2012 to January 2013, where the focus was on expanding the credit product portfolio for sub-prime and near-prime customers. Additionally, Todd served as VP of Sales and Marketing at Progreso Financiero from January 2009 to January 2012, significantly increasing the company's loan portfolio and expanding its retail presence. Todd holds an MBA from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
