Oswaldo Joseph Silva

Oswaldo Joseph Silva is an experienced educator and technology professional with a diverse background. Currently serving as a Math Teacher at Gaston County Schools since February 2024, Oswaldo previously taught Middle School Science and Math at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools from January 2022 to September 2023. In addition, Oswaldo has been working as an Information Technology Support Engineer at Applied Data Technologies since June 2021, where responsibilities include installing and configuring computer systems, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining networks. Earlier experience includes a role as Parts Sales Manager at AutoZone from February 2018 to April 2021, focusing on customer engagement and store organization. Oswaldo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science with a Minor in Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Information Systems Security from Gaston College.
