Dominick Avento III has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Dominick began their career at Bausch & Lomb Pharmaceuticals in 1988 as a Microbiology Lab Technician and eventually became a Supervisor before leaving in 1994. Dominick then joined Collaborative Laboratories, where they worked as a Regulatory Compliance specialist from 1995 to 1998. Following that, Dominick held the position of Quality Manager at Dow BCMS and Collaborative BioAlliance concurrently from 1998 to 2000. In 2001, they joined Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Quality Engineer and worked until 2004. Dominick then moved on to Applied DNA Sciences, where they served as the Executive Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance starting in 2008. Their most recent role, which they have held since 2016, is as the Religious Education, Confirmation I & II Coordinator at Saints Philip and James RC Church.
Dominick Avento III has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from St. Joseph's University New York. Dominick attended the university from 1984 to 1988. Later, they pursued further education at the Seminary of the Immaculate Conception, where they earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Theology. This educational journey took place from 2005 to 2011.
