Paul Davies

Paul Davies has held two professional roles in their career. From 2015 to present, they have been the Managing Director of European Operations at Applied Dynamics International. Prior to this, they were the Chief of Engineering - Test and Measurement - Civil Aerospace and Chief of System Verification at Rolls-Royce from 2004 to 2015. As Chief of System Verification, they established and developed a new function within a restructured organization, developed people, processes, methodology and test capability, and led initiatives to reduce cost and time to develop through deployment of LEAN principles. Paul was part of the management team that established the Aero Engine Controls joint venture between Rolls-Royce and Goodrich, and enjoyed strengthening relationships with customers through initiatives such as open problem reporting, closer integration of test planning and deployment and hosting of engineers to work at respective sites.

Paul Davies obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Derby between 1994 and 1997.
