Josie Twigg is an accomplished archaeologist with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations since 2007. Currently serving as an Archaeologist at BASIN RESEARCH ASSOCIATES, INC. and as an Archaeologist-Paleontological Monitor at Kleinfelder, Josie has also held positions as an Associate Archaeologist at Applied EarthWorks, Inc. and an Archaeologist-Paleontological Monitor at ATS. Previous roles include Archaeologist at Garcia & Associates and Cultural Specialist Field Director II at HDR, among others. Responsibilities encompass faunal and osteological analysis, archaeological survey, data recovery, project management, and coordination with construction crews. Josie holds a Master’s Degree in Osteoarchaeology from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
