Prior to that, they held the position of Regional Sales from February 2009 to January 2013, and worked as a Merchandiser from October 2006 to February 2009.

Joanne began their career at Nordstrom, where they worked as a Regional Womens shoe buyer from May 1991 to August 2006. In this role, they managed $60M in sales and significantly increased the gross margin.
