John O'Grady

John O'Grady is an experienced professional in downstream process development, currently serving as the Associate Director at AGTC since December 2018 and at Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies Texas since August 2013. O'Grady's career spans over two decades in various leadership roles, including Director of Downstream Processing at PhaseBio Pharmaceuticals and BioRexis Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included establishing development groups and managing process scale-up and tech transfer activities. O'Grady began in purification processes at MedImmune and Onyx Pharmaceuticals, and holds an MS in Biochemistry from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and a BS in Microbiology from Michigan State University.
